Carter is a North Dallas native and Texas Tech University graduate with a degree in International Economics. After returning to Dallas, he built a career in real estate and mortgage lending, where he has helped a wide variety of clients obtain financing through a multitude of lending programs. He specializes in guiding first-time homebuyers, repeat buyers, and investors through the lending process, with a focus on clear communication, strategic loan structuring, and smooth closings. Outside of work, he is married to his wife, Kaitlyn, trains for Ironman distance triathlons, and enjoys attending Dallas Stars games and cheering on the Red Raiders on Saturdays.
