I went through Brazos Bank to get a loan for my house, and Luis was the lender who helped us. The process was smooth and straightforward. Luis was awesome—helpful, patient, and supportive throughout. Working with Hussein was truly a blessing throughout my homebuying journey. He’s not just your lender—he’s your guide,as a first-time homebuyer navigating a complicated process and dealing with a particularly difficult realtor, having Hussein by my side made all the difference. He was incredibly responsive—always quick to pick up the phone or reply to emails, no matter the time or day. His calm, professional demeanor and genuine care helped me stay grounded through the emotional ups and downs. One suggestion I have is for the team to spend a bit more time reviewing the documents with clients, especially those buying a home for the first time.Additionally, I noticed that communication from certain team members tapered off towards the final stages. A little more responsiveness and empathy at that point would have gone a long way.
